Quick & Easy Hummus Deviled Eggs


With the holidays just around the corner, we all begin to think of entertaining. This week on Bonnie's Kitchen, we're sharing an incredibly easy, quick recipe that's perfect for busy days or unexpected guests. These Hummus Deviled Eggs pack a one-two punch: they offer the festive spirit of deviled eggs, but with less work. Not only that, but the hummus filling offers a healthy alternative and is ideal for certain diets. We used a classic Sabra Hummus here, but try a different flavor to put your own spin on things.






6 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled.  Check out the Negg® instructions
1/2 Cup Sabra Classic Hummus
1/4 Teaspoon hot sauce, or more to taste
1 Teaspoon yellow mustard
A pinch of black pepper

1/4 Teaspoon paprika


  1. Halve the eggs lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks
  3. Combine with the rest of the ingredients, or discard the yolks if your diet calls for it.  Substitute extra hummus instead. 
  4. Pipe or spoon the hummus mixture into egg white halves. 
  5. Sprinkle the deviled egg tops with paprika and enjoy!
