Happy Cinco De Mayo!! We're on an #EggcitingAdventure south of the border today to bring you these yummy and #EasyFastandFun deviled eggs. Once you've got a dozen perfect boiled eggs, grab your NEGG® and peel the egg quickly, then you're off and running.

12 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
5 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise (1/3 cup+1 t)
1 tablespoon tequila
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons basil
2 teaspoons paprika
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Chives, and Red Bell Pepper slices to garnish

Make these even easier, by making a batch using our Classic or Cajun Deviled Egg Seasoning Mix. Add the yolks, mayonnaise and lemon juice to one of these mixes.  Then Tequila and basil and Paprika are optional.

Instructions:

  1. Cut peeled eggs in half.
  2. Remove yolks and place in a bowl and thoroughly mash,
  3. Then add the mayonnaise to the finely mashed yolks along with the tequila, basil, lemon juice, paprika, and salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients until you have a nice smooth filling.Spoon the filling into a piping bag and pipe the filling into the egg whites.
  5. Serve with a shot of tequila (if you're brave) and start your celebration.

If you make this and you have a Cinco De Mayo party, share those pics with us on our Facebook page or Instagram page.
