Health Benefits from Hard-boiled Eggs

I love eggs but I don’t want to be the shape of one, which has somehow happened over the course of the last year.  The extra glass of wine, the sweets, the kitchen drawing me in to cook – I am on a first name basis with my fridge we’ve spent so much time together.

So, while we are not nutritionists, we are putting our Negghead hats on to band together and find a way to drop the lbs and for us ladies, be more hourglass shaped than egg shaped.

So that brings us back to eggs, - “Eggs?!” you may say to yourself.  Being the egg obsessed humans we are, we always want to bring our beloved eggs into the equation, and apparently many of the trending diets agree.  As it turns out, the egg is very healthy, and it is especially healthy when it is hard boiled.  We think the hard-boiled egg is magic in a shell but even more magical when we “Get the shell outta here!”

So, grab your eggs – a pot of water and if you need help in learning how to boil a perfectly hard boiled egg, then click on our how to make the perfect hard-boiled egg recipe.  Make sure you grab your Negg® Egg Peeler to avoid the frustration of peeling those eggs.

You may be hangry enough as it is. Let’s not add to the problem with attempting to peel a hard-boiled egg with your bare hands.  Remember the shell that lodged itself under your finger nail?  Oh OUCH - and Oh GROSS!!
