The very thought of making pizza puts fear in my heart - or is that just indigestion. At any rate, the crust is the reason I have stayed away, until now. English Muffins are so versatile. Why not substitute the English Muffins for the pizza crust. This is so easy. and can make a great after-school snack. Let the kids help stack on the layers. BTW, try substituting English Muffins for your hamburger buns next time. Oh my, how I digress.
