It is National Egg Month and all month long we're taking a tour of the United States of America.  On this eggciting eggventure, we'll be introducing you to a whole host of delicious new ways you can cook up some eggcelent dishes to share with your friends and families.  

Our first journey takes us to TEXAS.  It's a huge state and almost impossible to pick just one recipe to feature on our adventure, but we came across these Texas Breakfast Tacos, thanks to the folks at Cupcakes and Cashmere and we thought they would be the perfect treat for any morning routine.

The combination of eggs, bacon, avocado, and cheese will have your taste buds up at the crack of dawn and ready to sink your teeth into this first eggciting adventure.   Plus they have the benefit of being easy fast and fun to make and they will impress a crowd.
