Slow Down Your Morning Pace

How many times do you find yourself racing out of the house having just enough time to get your shoes on and get in your car to go to work or drop the kids off at school?  

This scene plays out in households all around the world.  Whether the alarm didn't go off, or the kids are dragging their feet, or you just have so much to do and so little time to do it in, you're morning routine can get hectic.

One major obstacle to have a slower pace in the morning is breakfast.  Getting a healthy breakfast on the table can be tricky, especially when you have so many things swirling around you needing to be done.

2018 is going to be the year that we slow down our pace in the morning and start our days off stress free.
