Bonnie's Classic Deviled Eggs

Today we're in Bonnie's Kitchen to share her classic deviled egg recipe.  This is the recipe where all others begin.  Without the classic deviled egg recipe you might end up with egg on your face trying any one of our other recipes.

Before you begin you'll need to cook up the perfect hard-boiled eggs.  

Follow these simple instructions to make the perfect classic deviled eggs.

Classic Deviled Eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs - peeled, sliced length-wise, yolks removed

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Substitute our Classic Deviled Egg Seasoning for the following:

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Dash of Tabasco sauce

Salt,  to taste

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon fresh chives

COMBINE mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Tabasco sauce, and yolks until smooth or skip all of that and add the Classic Deviled Egg Seasoning to the mayonnaise.

ADD salt and ground pepper

PIPE or spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.

GARNISH with chives.
